The device is mainly composed of power converter, DC capacitor, control circuit board, current and voltage detection circuit,
various electrical switches and circuit protection devices and power wire (copper bar).
The active power filter is connected to the power grid in parallel, the load current of the compensated object is monitored in
real time through the sampling transformer, and the command signal of the compensated current is calculated through the
command current operation circuit. After the compensation current generation circuit, an equal and opposite command
current is generated, and the corresponding compensation current is quickly sent out by the main circuit of the power
electronic device IGBT. The harmonic in the load is offset in real time, so that the compensated power grid current is the ideal
current needed to eliminate the harmonic and purify the power grid.

1) Real-time harmonic filtering: with full compensation and discrete compensation functions, full compensation can simultaneously filter out all harmonics within 2 ~ 51 times; Discrete compensation is directed to filter out harmonics of a specific number, and more than 20 kinds of harmonics can be selected at a single time.
2) Reactive power compensation function: the device can not only compensate harmonics, but also have reactive power compensation and the function of controlling the three-phase imbalance of the system, and the compensation methods are diverse. It can effectively improve voltage distortion and suppress voltage fluctuation caused by impact load.
3) The controller adopts the full digital design platform of "DSP+CPLD", which has fast reaction speed and timely protection response, and will not be damaged due to abnormal power grid.
4) When the device itself fails, it has a self-protection function, but it does not interrupt the power supply circuit and does not affect other equipment that is running.
5) With advanced resonance protection technology, in the process of load change, if there is resonance, it should be able to automatically judge, and exit the system, and alarm to avoid failure.
6) With automatic current limiting function, when the compensation amount of the system demand is greater than the rated compensation amount of the compensation device, the rated compensation output of the compensation device will not occur overload, affecting the service life of the equipment.
7) With 485 and Ethernet communication interface, can achieve the user remote monitoring function requirements.
